By first getting to know our users and their personal preferences, we're able to find them housing  (with great roommates - if you want to live with other people), dynamic local communities of like-minded people who share their interests, and provide personalized advice.

Our process is safe, transparent and fully digital. This ensures that your entire moving experience can be solved with one platform who understands you, and who's here for you throughout your entire journey.

Hemavi is completely free to use, until the landlord has officially accepted you as a tenant.

Once you have booked a place with us, we charge a one-time fee of 40% of the monthly rent. We don’t charge anything beyond that.

What you get for it, is a dedicated agent who understands the local market who tries their best to help you find great places for you. Because we know how scary moving to a new country alone is (especially when you don’t know the local culture, or speak the language), we’re also here to help as much as we can.

Just think of us as a local friend who helps you with just about anything — how to buy a secondhand bike, how to open a bank account, or who sometimes invites you to parties with their other friends.
