Serious Applicants Only

We have very high requirements for tenants who sign up on Hemavi. You will see that yourself when you visit their profiles. We make sure that we filter out all the poor candidates, so you spend time interviewing only the best tenants who are genuinely interested in renting your place.

We are not for everyone

We are not a generic housing platform and we know that we can't make everyone happy. The majority of tenants are expats and international students and international high skilled labor moving to Sweden or Denmark. These international tenants are serious and have high budget and are usually renting for 3-24 months maximum. No more worrying about getting stuck with long-term low rents.

Rent guarantee

With the Hemavi rent guarantee, you will always receive the rent, regardless of when or if the tenant pays. So you can have peace of mind during the rental period. The guarantee applies to all lease agreements signed through Hemavi, regardless of whether the tenant has a Swedish personal identity number or not.

How can I create an account and publish my ad on Hemavi?

Listing your room ad on Hemavi only takes a few minutes and is completely free. All we need are some photos and information. The more you can tell us, the better and easier it is to find a tenant. Here’s how it works:

Fill in information about your place, its location, description, and upload pictures that best represent your place. You can specify what amenities are available. You can describe what kind of tenant you are looking for, such as gender and age.
Once your ad is approved, you will start receiving applications from tenants on Hemavi. Review your tenant applications easily thanks to our detailed tenant profiles. Then schedule digital screenings with your favorite ones.
If you like the tenant you met during the online viewing, you can accept their booking and sign the digital rental agreement with your new tenant.
Hemavi transfers the first month's rent after the tenant moves in and transfers your rent on time every month no matter when the tenant pays us.
