How much is the one-time fee?

The landlord fee is only charged once when you actually find a tenant to book your place. However, we sometimes do not charge anything at all for landlords depending on your location.

How can I create an account and publish my ad on Hemavi?

Listing your room ad on Hemavi only takes a few minutes and is completely free. All we need are some photos and information. The more you can tell us, the better and easier it is to find a tenant. Here’s how it works:

Click on sign up in the navigation bar.
Fill in information about your place, its location, description, and upload pictures that best represent your place. You can specify what facilities are available and what is not allowed. You can indicate what kind of tenant you are looking for, such as gender and age.
Once your ad is approved, you will start receiving applications from tenants on Hemavi. Review your tenant applications easily thanks to our detailed tenant profiles. Then book digital screenings with your favorites. A Hemavi representative will also attend the screening for your safety.
If you like the tenant you met during the online viewing, you can accept their booking and sign the digital rental agreement with your new tenant. Hemavi transfers the first month's rent on the move-in date.
